Dubai: development thanks to semi-slave labor

Johann Hari, a writer for The Independent in the UK, writes a harsh critique of Dubai and its economic development that is almost slave-driven. Dubai was meant to be a Middle-Eastern Shangri-La, a glittering monument to Arab enterprise and western capitalism.
