Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayer were performed here on Wednesday throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who has urged the Muslims to perform special prayer at the time of drought or delay in rainfall. Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah Aal Al-Sheikh, Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, led the prayers in Riyadh.
