Egypt's president Hosni Mubarak firmly supports Sudan's unity, which could be attained by peace and development process in the south of the neighboring country. Mubarak obviously has no problem to meddle in the internal affairs in Sudan, where they will hold a referendum on the issue of unity in a few years time.
